Annual Dinner Auction
Dear San Carlos School Supporter,
San Carlos School is committed to preparing TK-8 grade students for academic excellence in high school and to becoming self-confident, lifelong learners who embody Gospel values. The over 300 student population is culturally, racially and economically diverse. Tuition alone does not cover the cost to educate our children; we rely on community support to continue to provide the best possible education to students from our community at an affordable price.
We are preparing for our 33rd Annual Dinner and Auction, which will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019. This event is the primary fundraising activity for the school each year and will have over 200 attendees.
We are currently seeking donations for both the silent and live auctions. We are asking for your support in order to make this year a success. There are many ways in which you can contribute such as donating an auction item and/or services, purchasing ad space in our event program or sponsorship from your company. The enclosed form details the different ways that you may contribute.
If you (or someone you know) owns a business, please consider donating auction items, donating services or placing an ad in the program. Community support is critical and we appreciate your support of our mission. All gifts are tax deductible. The donation form is attached below.
